Shipping and Delivery

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Please note that your order will arrive after the combined timeline of fulfillment and shipping. Most items are made to order, typically requiring between 1-5 business days; may take up to two weeks in processing during busy times.  Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one shipment.


Holiday Shipping Deadlines

For December 25 Delivery:


Last day for Standard Shipping to the continental U.S. — Sunday, December 11, 2022

Last day for Express Shipping to the continental U.S. — Friday, December 16, 2022

Last day for Standard International Shipping — Monday, December 5, 2022

Last day for Express International Shipping — Monday, December 12, 2022

Note: these dates are not a guarantee. Dates are for estimated delivery before December 25. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays. Once the package has been handed off to the Post Office, Archetypes no longer has control over delivery timeline.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25. Shipping on orders under $25 is available at a rate of $3.

Express Shipping

We also offer express shipping for orders over $50, at a rate of $15 for 1-2 business day delivery, after fulfillment.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.  The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; Ecuador; Cuba; Iran; Syria; North Korea.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022): Afghanistan; Aruba; Bhutan; Cayman Islands; Chad; Laos; Libya; Mongolia; Papua New Guinea; Samoa; Solomon Islands; South Sudan; Timor-Leste; Turkmenistan; Yemen.

The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. You can always review the up-to-date list on the USPS homepage.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.


Delayed Orders

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.


For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.


If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. We will guide you through the process of mailing your products back and give you an exchange or store credit once the return is processed. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For safety reasons, any personal use items, such as beauty products or other wellness items, are considered final sale.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the shipment receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at Place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then mail your return using the prepaid return label provided by customer service.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. For orders placed on or after November 1, we are happy to extend our 14-day return period until January 15. Please note this extended return policy does not apply to final sale items.
