Shipping and Delivery

Most items are made to order, typically requiring between 1-5 business days and may take up to two weeks in processing during busy times.

We use USPS to ship, traditionally delivering 1-5 business days after fulfillment. We offer express shipping for an additional fee that delivers 1-2 business days after fulfillment. Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one shipment.

Please note that your order will arrive after the combined timeline of fulfillment and shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For safety reasons, any personal use items, such as beauty products or other wellness items, are considered final sale.


For orders placed on or after November 1, we are happy to extend our 30-day return period until January 15. Please note this policy does not apply to final sale items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email with your order number to initiate your return. We will guide you through the process of mailing your products back and give you store credit once the return is processed.

Our customer accounts are connected to your email, utilizing a sign-in link to enter your account. Customer accounts are automatically created upon placing an order. You may log into your account at any time through your personal Sign-In link sent to your inbox.
